The Scenery crew has started the planning process for the area of Easton, and the Delaware River. Old structures are used to mock up possible building positions. A tentative plan of the completed area is taped to the backdrop. After a period of comments from members, the Planning Committee votes on whether or not to accept the design. If approved, it is built according to the plan.
